Fresh off the company’s launch at one the nation’s largest education technology conferences in late January, CheckIT Learning (www.checkitlearning.com) is implementing pilot projects at major elementary and high school districts across the country.
At the Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC 2025) in Orlando, the company unveiled CheckIT LMS, a neuroscience-driven learning management system and AI mentor. The platform helps students develop key skills like attention and planning while offering teachers neuroscience-based strategies to improve lesson planning, teaching quality, and classroom engagement.
CheckIT Learning founders Sava Opacic and Srdan Perovic are technology entrepreneurs who built their careers as energy distribution and transmission software engineers for a Fortune Global 500 firm that develops and manages electrical and oil and gas utility systems. The duo partnered to form CheckIT Labs in 2020 to offer high-end technology consulting services to energy companies, and their client list grew to include major power companies, including Pacific Gas and Electric, Duke Energy, and Xcel Energy.
Driven by their committed social mission, Opacic and Perovic formed CheckIT Learning to help improve and streamline 21st-century education systems.
