Iago’s talk centers on the necessary educational revolution in which students stop being passive consumers of knowledge in order to become active knowledge producing agents. For this to happen, teachers need to talk less and engage students to think more in the classroom, and creative technology is the tool that could catalyze this change around the world. Technology and Educational Innovation – Iago currently studies International Relations and Organisations. His Talk focuses on the ways in which classrooms must be modernised in order to adapt to modern times. Through a multidisciplinary and inclusive approach, the implementation of “Creative Technology” is analysed as the solution our educational systems need.
